Technician App
Clock-in → SWMS → tasks → gated clock-out. Exactly as the scope defines it.
Tasks are visible from the moment your schedule is visible — before clock-in.
Clock-in starts your timesheet.
1 · Base statement. All work is performed to the safe work method defined for gutter relining: site access controls, exclusion zones below the work area, and inspection of anchor points before use.
2 · Working at Heights. Harnesses inspected and worn above 2 m; edge protection or EWP in place; ladders footed and tied; no work on wet or wind-affected roof surfaces.
3 · Excavation & Confined Space. Services located before any ground disturbance; trenches over 1.5 m benched or shored; confined-space entry only with permit, atmosphere test and standby person.
PPE: hard hat, hi-vis, gloves, eye protection. Report all incidents and near-misses to the Manager immediately.
Records your name, timestamp, template version & sections — stored as a legal record. A NEW acknowledgement is required each day on multi-day bookings. Every technician (Lead AND Second) must acknowledge.
Photo required to complete.
Action in any order; marking Incomplete requires a reason; Second technicians never see this list.
Every task must be Complete or Incomplete before clock-out on the FINAL day.
Intermediate days are NOT gated; Second technicians are never gated.
Raises a Manager flag on the Managers Hub daily dashboard — does NOT block you from proceeding; the Manager follows up.
Seconds clock in, acknowledge the SWMS every day, and clock out — the task list and the final-day gate belong to the Lead only.
