What is a booking bucket? A bucket groups all scheduled activity for one job cost centre on one day — technicians, task list, SWMS and hours travel together. Multiple buckets can exist on the same day for the same job and cost centre when different task groups run side by side, and every bucket carries a unique system-generated ID (e.g. BKT-2026-1187) so each day of a multi-day booking (parent BKT-2026-1189 → daily BKT-2026-1190…1192) stays individually trackable.
